What I like : Near to shopping mall, whole food and car rental. Provide bus shuttle to and from White Plain train station but depends on availability. Has microwave oven every floor. Room housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful. Mohammad is the standout staff at the reception. Friendly and helpful. Approach him if you need anything. There is a Starbuck at the lobby. Room is clean and air con is good. What they need to improve 1. Provide toothbrush, toothpaste, disposable slippers, kettle, cups 2. Provide shuttle bus to and from White Plain station at all times and at regular times. Not only when there is no pickup at the airport. 3. Staff need be consistent with the service provided by the hotel. I requested kettle from staff A and respond is no kettle. I approach Staff B, kettle is sent to me. Why double standard?

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for the NYSSLHA. All staff members were extremely helpful and supportive at my time stayed at the hotel. Even though all staff members treated me well, one staff member went above and beyond to make my experience the best it could be. From the time that I checked in to the time that I left Mohammad went the extra mile to make my stay exceptional. Mohammad was friendly, accommodating, a pleasure to speak with, and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my needs were met. Mohammad exemplifies what customer service is all about. He made my stay at the Sonesta Hotel in Whiteplains, NY much more enjoyable

5 place is best bang for buck around. Good food good bar clean rooms fair prices and the staff is helpful and friendly. Great place to stay for fun and biz great conference room and banquet hall. Pool gym walking distance to everything including mass transit

Mohammed who works at the front desk went above and beyond what you would expect. He personally escorted me to where I needed to be. He made me feel like my stay at the Sonesta was important to him! He is an amazing asset to the company.
